This policy explains what [Legal entity name] collects when you use GammaFlow and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in with one-time codes and link your payment to your access.
• Your phone number, only if you give it at checkout, to prefill the payment form.
• A record that your email (and the network it came from) has used the free trial, to keep trials to one per person.
• Your plan, start date, expiry and Razorpay payment or subscription reference.
• Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept for up to [30] days for security.

What we do not collect

• Any broker login, PIN, password or API key. GammaFlow never asks for them.
• Your scans, watchlists, orders, positions or holdings.

Sign-in codes are stored only as a one-way hash and expire after 10 minutes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the payment.

How long we keep it

Subscription records are kept while your account is active and for [8] years afterwards where tax law requires invoices to be retained.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to [support email]. Records we must keep for tax purposes will be retained only for that purpose.
